Just Say 'Yes'

Richard Branson has a saying ….

“If somebody offers you an amazing opportunity but you are not sure you can do it, say yes – then learn how to do it later!” 

I’ve really taken this to heart. I did it with all of my media jobs which culminated in being a reporter/presenter and director with a big of hard core stage management thrown in.

I also run a night club in London, just through saying yes and learning on the job, albeit a very steep learning curve.

Now we’ve bought an amazingly beautiful house in Cornwall which needs a shed load of work done on it. I got really emotional walking around the house and felt we had to save this house from being destroyed…… yes, there were people who said, ‘don’t worry about the house, we are going to take it down’. Grrrrrr, that was not going to be allowed to happen, so here we are, we’ve bought the house and now need to restore it.

From a time perspective because my business is flexible and it’s mine, I’m the master of my own time and do not need to ask permission for a day off. My car is my office and I can talk to my team and my prospects, (obviously hands free) whilst driving. My business will fit around my trips to Cornwall and will help the enormous cost of transforming this stunning property.

Do you have something you’d like to do but can’t afford it? Seriously think about Network Marketing as an extra money source.
